Grilled pork tenderloins with an Indonesian Peanut sauce to serve them with. I often half this recipe with excellent results.

Ingredients
- PORK
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans (may substitute walnuts)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crush red pepper
- 4 - 3/4 pound pork tenderloins
- HOT PEANUT SAUCE
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
How To Make indonesian pork with peanut sauce

Step 1For the Pork: Combine the first 8 ingredients in the container of a blender. Process on medium speed until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides.

Step 2Place the tenderloins in a large zip-lock bag. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Seal the bag and place in a large bowl. Marinate 8 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Step 3Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, discarding the marinade. Grill, covered, over hot coals (350° to 400°) 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°, turning occasionally.

Step 4Let rest, and then slice the tenderloin and place on a serving platter. Serve with peanut sauce and garnish with parsley, if desired.

Step 5For the hot peanut sauce: Combine all ingredients in a blender; process on medium speed 1 minute or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides.

Step 6Place the sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
