Ingredients
- 2 pounds chipped chopped ham, or turkey lunch meat
- 1/2 - onion grated
- 1 bottle your favorite bbq sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make indiana joes

Step 1combine all in crock pot, set on high, start out with only half a bottle of the bbq sauce, add more as needed. slow cook for around 4 hours. serve on hamburger buns.

Step 2make sure meat is chipped, or sliced paper thin.
