I use to boil my ribs until I tried to bake them under the foil. And man oh man did I feel like a ninny all the time and mess I had made for nothing and the flavor that I use to boil away It's all there.. YUM YUM!!

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles your favorite bq sauce
  • 4-5Lbs. large pork ribs
  • 1 - roll alluminum foil
  • - adabo seasoning salt free is good :) or mrs. dash salt free

  • Step 1
    Pre-Heat oven 375 Degrees Lightly season ribs with either or Adabo or Mrs.Dash all over Place Ribs Tops Up Bottoms Down Cover tightly with foil Cook for 45-60 minutes check to see if the bone is showing at the end of the ribs if it is it is time to Slather the bottoms with BQ sauce Flip Slather tops with BQ sauce and place back into oven for another 30minutes or until you prefer As long as the bones are showing at least 1/2 inch the ends YOUR GOOD TO GO :)
