This is an easy and great tasting dish. This is a favorite at my house.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot sausage, cut into 2 inch links
  • 1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch rings
  • 2 - green bell peppers, cut into rings
  • 3 teaspoons crushed garlic (i use more)
  • 1 - 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • - salt and pepper, to your taste
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, cut in half and pre-boiled
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

How To Make hot sauage with potatoes and tomatoes.

  • Step 1
    Brown sausage links with onion and green pepper rings. Add garlic, tomatoes and par-boiled potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken broth, using amount you want for the moisture you desire.
  • Step 3
    Simmer, covered until all ingredients are cooked through.
