Ingredients
- 1 pound hot sausage, cut into 2 inch links
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch rings
- 2 - green bell peppers, cut into rings
- 3 teaspoons crushed garlic (i use more)
- 1 - 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- - salt and pepper, to your taste
- 1 pound small red potatoes, cut in half and pre-boiled
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
How To Make hot sauage with potatoes and tomatoes.

Step 1Brown sausage links with onion and green pepper rings. Add garlic, tomatoes and par-boiled potatoes.

Step 2Add chicken broth, using amount you want for the moisture you desire.

Step 3Simmer, covered until all ingredients are cooked through.
