My favorite "mom & pop" pizzeria serves an incredible bbq pizza with Canadian bacon, mozzarella and pineapple with a sweet/tangy bbq sauce instead of the traditional tomato sauce. So, I thought why not take these same flavors and make a hot sub? The result was amazing and I'm already thinking about making another one very soon!
