How to Make Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. Sauce: butter, brown sugar, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Heat all of these ingredients in saucepan on stove until warm and dissolved.
  2. Slice the rolls in half. Pile ham and cheese on rolls and then put the tops back on them. Place the rolls in a 9 x 13" pan. Pour warm sauce over the top of the prepared sandwiches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes!

Yields 12 dinner roll size sandwiches but you should probably allow at least 2 per person. These are quite tasty!!
