Ingredients
- 8 - nacho cheese hard taco shells
- 8 - hot dogs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces queso velveeta chopped
- - salsa
- 3 large jalapeno sliced into rings and seeded
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- - fresh cilantro leaves
How To Make hot dog taco's

Step 1Place the sliced jalapeno's in the white vinegar and set aside.

Step 2Add the oil to a large skillet and add the onions and saute on low heat until caramelized about 5 minutes. Stir in the Ancho chile powder. Add the hot dogs and cook until browned.

Step 3Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the flour and cook until browned and smooth. Add the milk and cook until thickened. Stir in the Velveeta and cook until melted and thick.

Step 4Place a hot dog in each taco shell. Top with onions, cheese, salsa. Drain the jalapenos and place on top of each hot dog and drop a few cilantro leaves
