Ingredients

2 cups milk
1/3 cup margarine
3 tablespoons flour
3 or 4 - large potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 - package of hotdogs
1 - package shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make hot dog casserole

Step 1

Make a white sauce out of the margarine, flour and milk. Place the potatoes into a greased casserole. Cut up the hot dogs into one inch pieces over the potatoes. Pour the white sauce over the hot dogs and bake covered with foil for about one hour and 30 minutes (according to how thick your casserole is). Place mozarella cheese over the top and brown on broil for a few minutes.
