Ingredients
- PORK TENDERLOIN
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 green onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- COMEBACK SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon each worcestershire sauce and prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How To Make horseradish crust pork tenderloin w comeback sauce

Step 1Mix all the comeback ingredients together and let set in fridge until ready to use.

Step 2Mix the pork tenderloin with all the ingredients and place in a zip lock bag. Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven 425 degrees.

Step 3Remove the Pork tenderloin on a baking sheet. Rub the horseradish marinade on the outside of the pork. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes.
