The Memorial Day weekend brings lots of people in our neighborhood out grilling and having family over to eat.
This recipe was given to me by one of my neighbors. I actually use Country-Style Pork Ribs when I fix this.
Always check your pork for doneness. Never assume that the meat is done because it "LOOKS" done.
3 lbpork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
3 Tbsplemon juice
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspdried minced onion
1/2 tspdried oregano
1/8 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Honey Spareribs
- Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; drain.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl; brush some of the glaze on ribs.
- Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze.
