If you prefer barbecued ribs, precook these in the oven for 1 hour, then grill them over medium heat for about 20 minutes, basting often and turning once. The Memorial Day weekend brings lots of people in our neighborhood out grilling and having family over to eat. This recipe was given to me by one of my neighbors. I actually use Country-Style Pork Ribs when I fix this. Always check your pork for doneness. Never assume that the meat is done because it "LOOKS" done.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; drain.

Step 2Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl; brush some of the glaze on ribs.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze.
