Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork shoulder steaks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 - envelope brown gravy mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 - carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 - green pepper, cut into strips
How To Make honey pork oriental

Step 1Cut pork into 1" pieces. In small bowl, combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic salt. Set aside. Brown pork in oil in wok or large skillet. Add gravy mixture to pork; cover. Lower heat; cook 20 minutes. Add carrots; cook 10 minutes. Add onion & green pepper; cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
