  • 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin chops, pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour, for coating
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • - tony's chachere's, to taste

How To Make honey pecan pork chops

  • Step 1
    Season pork chops with Tony Chachere's. In a shallow dish place flour and more Tony's. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown until done. Place on a warm plate.
  • Step 3
    Mix honey and pecan into pan drippings. Heat throughly, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops.
