    pork tenderloin chops, pounded thin
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour, for coating
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • ·
    tony's chachere's, to taste

How to Make Honey Pecan Pork Chops


  1. Season pork chops with Tony Chachere's. In a shallow dish place flour and more Tony's. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown until done. Place on a warm plate.
  3. Mix honey and pecan into pan drippings. Heat throughly, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops.
