Honey Mustard Kielbasa and Potatoes

3/4 cwhite wine, or beer, or chicken broth
1/3 choney mustard
2 Tbspbrown sugar, packed
1 lbkielbasa, 1-inch pieces
4 mediumpotatoes, 3/4-inch cubes
1 largeonion, sliced
·parsley, for garnish
How to Make Honey Mustard Kielbasa and Potatoes
- In a small bowl, combine wine, beer or chicken broth, mustard and brown sugar.
- In large roasting pan, combine kielbasa, potatoes, onion and mustard mixture.
- Toss to coat well.
- Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with parsley.
