Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork loin
  • 1 can stale beer
  • 6 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary

How To Make honey grilled pork

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients (except pork) in a blender and blend together.
  • Step 2
    Pierce pork on all sides, place in a zip-lock bag, add marinade.
  • Step 3
    Chill, turning frequently, about 12 hours.
  • Step 4
    Grill 1-1/2 hours, covered.
  • Step 5
    Start roast on high to brown for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Turn heat to low and baste frequently with marinade.
  • Step 7
    Turn heat to low and baste frequently with marinade.
  • Step 8
    Remove from heat and allow to rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Step 9
    Throw additional whole sprigs of rosemary on the coals while cooking...smells wonderful.
