Ingredients
- 10-12 pounds uncooked shank portion ham
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make honey baked ham

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove the skin and most of the excess fat. Leave a layer of fat, though, to render while the ham bakes.

Step 2Score ham in a diamond pattern. This looks nice but also allows the fat to render while cooking.

Step 3Place scored ham in a roasting pan.

Step 4Bake for 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

Step 5While the ham is baking, make the glaze. Mix remaining ingredients together.

Step 6During the last 45 minutes of cooking time, spread the glaze over the ham.

Step 7Remove ham from the oven and let rest.

Step 8Slice into thin slices.
