- 2 TBSP - red pepper
- 2 TBSP - salt
- 2 TSP - cloves
- 2 TSP - mace
- 1 - whole nutmeg grated

Step 1GRIND THE PORK OR DEER THROUGH A GRINDER 2 TIMES,THEN ADD ALL INGREDIENTS.MIX WELL.SHAPE INTO PATTIES AND PLACE ON BAKING SHEETS.PLAC IN FREEZER BAGS AND SEAL .

Step 2REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND THAW,THEN FRY UNTIL BROWNED ON BOTH SIDES.
