Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork chops
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (12 oz.) pork gravy
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions
How To Make home-style pork chops

Step 1Cook the chopped onion in a large skillet until tender; remove and set aside.

Step 2In the same skillet brown the pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper as desired. Stir in the gravy.

Step 3Return the onions to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes if pork chops are thin-cut; 45 minutes if thick-cut.

Step 4Stir in the sour cream until blended. Simmer until thoroughly heated.

Step 5Top with french fried onions and serve.
