Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh chinese egg noodles
- 3 thin cut pork chops thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil divided
- 4 tablespoons each rice vinegar, white wine vinegar and hoisin sauce
- 3 scallions sliced on the diagonal
- cilantro for garnish
How To Make hoisin pork with chinese egg noodles

Step 1Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to instructions on the package. Usually on about 3 minutes. Drain and run cold water over the noodles to stop the cooking. Set aside.

Step 2Place the pork in a bowl and sprinkle the sugar over it and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3Heat a skillet over high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil. Once hot add the pork and garlic and cook until the pork is no longer pink about 3 minutes. Remove the pork to a plate and set aside. Wipe out the skillet.

Step 4Add the other tbsp of oil. Mix the two vinegar's together and pour into pan. Bring to a boil and let reduce to about 5 tbsp. Pour in the hoisin sauce and scallions. Add the noodles and pork into the skillet. Stir and let warm through about 2 minutes.

Step 5Garnish with cilantro
