- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- MEAT SEASONINGS
- - sea salt
- - fresh ground black pepper

How To Make hoisin-glazed pork ribs
-
Step 1Combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat on low until sauces are combined and flavors mingled.
-
Step 2Lightly season ribs with the meat seasonings, and grill or roast, turning frequently to keep the meat a light golden brown.
-
Step 3Brush glaze onto cooked ribs with a pastry brush, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, to form a glaze over the meat. Add glaze repeatedly during the final five minutes.
-
Step 4Re-heat the remaining glaze, and serve as a condiment with the ribs.
