Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork ribs
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • MEAT SEASONINGS
  • - sea salt
  • - fresh ground black pepper
  • - ground ginger
  • - granulated garlic

How To Make hoisin-glazed pork ribs

  • Step 1
Combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat on low until sauces are combined and flavors mingled.
  • Step 2
Lightly season ribs with the meat seasonings, and grill or roast, turning frequently to keep the meat a light golden brown.
  • Step 3
Brush glaze onto cooked ribs with a pastry brush, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, to form a glaze over the meat. Add glaze repeatedly during the final five minutes.
  • Step 4
Re-heat the remaining glaze, and serve as a condiment with the ribs.
