herbed pork chops
I usually cook these on a stove top griddle. But you can do them on an electric grill or an outdoor grill.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, boneless
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground, divided
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried, divided
- 1 teaspoon tarragon, dried, divided
How To Make herbed pork chops

Step 1Preheat grill to medium. I use a griddle on the stove top.

Step 2Evenly sprinkle each chop with 1/4 tsp. Marjoram, 1/4 tsp. turmeric and 1/4 tsp. tarragon.

Step 3Gently rub the herbs into the chops.

Step 4Place the chop on the grill. Cook on the first side about 7-10 minutes.

Step 5Flip the chop over and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 6Be sure not to brown the outside too much without the center being cooked. If they start getting too brown turn down the heat.

Step 7Serve.
