herbed pork chops

I usually cook these on a stove top griddle. But you can do them on an electric grill or an outdoor grill.

Ingredients For herbed pork chops

  • 4
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground, divided
  • 1 tsp
    marjoram, dried, divided
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon, dried, divided

How To Make herbed pork chops

  • 1
    Preheat grill to medium. I use a griddle on the stove top.

    Evenly sprinkle each chop with 1/4 tsp. Marjoram, 1/4 tsp. turmeric and 1/4 tsp. tarragon.

    Gently rub the herbs into the chops.

    Place the chop on the grill. Cook on the first side about 7-10 minutes.

    Flip the chop over and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes or until cooked through.

    Be sure not to brown the outside too much without the center being cooked. If they start getting too brown turn down the heat.

    Serve.
