How To Make herb crusted pork chops
-
Step 1in an large frying pan ( I use an 5 quart pan) heat up on low-medium, with a splash of corn oil (or whatever you prefer to cook with)
-
Step 2Mix eggs and milk in a medium bowl, in a paper bag( less mess and easy clean up) mix flour,Adobo spice, salt/pepper,parsley,sage, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in the bag and fold over and shake to mix spices.
-
Step 3Dip your pork chops into milk/egg bath until coated evenly, place up to 2-3 chops in bag at a time and shake till full coated on both sides of chops. Repeat until all chops are done. Place chops in heated oil.
-
Step 4Once chops start to cook, add diced onions, garlic and raisins in the heated oil, to saute, once all looks golden brown, scoop onto the top of the chops. Flip and cook other side and scoop remaining raisins, onions, and garlic onto the other side as well

Step 5I serve these with my Brown Sugar Carrots recipe I also Have here on JAP. My family loves this dish and I hope yours will too, Enjoy.
