1Put oil in skillet and put on stove burner set at med high heat. Salt pork chops and brown in the skillet.
2Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. Pour off the excess oil. Put pork chops back in skillet and put back on stove burner. Pour orange juice over the pork chops and when it comes to a boil turn the heat down to simmer; put lid on the skillet and let simmer for 30 minutes.
