Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 large thin sliced yellow onion
- 1 large carrot shredded
- 1 medium head of cabbage cut thin
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
How To Make hearty sausage and noodles

Step 1Brown sausage in a larger skillet until no longer pink. Drain and add the cut cabbage, sliced onion, and shredded carrot. Stir to mix good. Add the bouillon to half cup of hot tap water stir til dissolved, add to vegetables. Cover skillet with lid and cook until vegetables are tender. While veggies are cooking, boil your noodles per pkg direction. Now stir in sour cream and pepper to the sausage and vegetables, heat through. Add hot drained noodles
