hearty bacon casserole
Looks like this recipe came off the back of a box of bacon a very long time ago and I never got around to transcribing it. So here goes:

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 package (12 oz.) bacon, crisply cooked and broken into quarters
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make hearty bacon casserole

Step 1Combine sour cream, cheese, salt and paprika in saucepan; stir in hot macaroni. Heat, covered, over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in bacon.

Step 2Pour mixture into 10x6" baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over top. Place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
