- 1/2 - (15 oz) can mandarin oranges--drained & juice reserved
- 1 - (8 oz) can crushed pineapple--drained & juice reserved

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES PLACE TENDERLOIN IN SHALLOW 9X13 PAN, SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR, CHILI & GARLIC POWDER, PEPPER.

Step 2SPREAD PINEAPPLE PRESERVES OVER MEAT. ARRANGE ONION, ORANGE & RED PEPPERS ON & AROUND MEAT.

Step 3MIX RESERVED JUICES IN SMALL BOWL, POUR IN AT LEAST 1/2 RESERVED JUICES. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN UNTIL TENDERLOIN IS DONE ON OR AROUND 45-60 MINS. OR LONGER.

Step 4SPOON ORANGES & PINEAPPLE OVER MEAT IN THE LAST 20 MINS. OF BAKING.
