Ingredients
- 4 - pork loin chops, boneless
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 can (13-1/4 oz) pineapple chunks, drained and syrup reserved
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 1 - green pepper, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon hawaiian teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped mint
How To Make hawaiian deluxe pork chops

Step 1preheat oven to 300.

Step 2brown chops slowly on both sides in fat trimmed from chops in ovenproof skillet.

Step 3season chops with salt and pepper.

Step 4combine wine, honey and wine vinegar with 1/4 cup of the reserved pineapple syrup and pour over chops.

Step 5cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until tender.

Step 6remove chops and place in serving dish. keep chops warm.

Step 7add pineapple, onions and green pepper to skillet and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.

Step 8combine cornstarch with teriyaki sauce and mint and stir into skillet.

Step 9cook stirring until mixture boils.

Step 10pour mixture over chops.
