THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE I CAN'T HELP BUT THINK HOW GOOD IT WOULD BE WITH SOME SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BISCUITS FOR A BRUNCH

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce 8 ounce container french onion dip
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup each green and red bell pepper(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 - 30 ounce pkg hashbrown cubes thawed

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • Step 1
    GREASE A 13X9 PAN SET ASIDE AND PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  • Step 2
    COOK SAUSAGE AND DRAIN
  • Step 3
    COMBINE CHEESE, CHICKEN SOUP, SOUR CREAM,FRENCH ONION DIP, CHOPPED ONIONS AND CHOPPED PEPPERS AND THAWED HASHBROWNS SALT AND PEPPER
  • Step 4
    PLACE A LAYER OF HASHBROWN MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF GREASED PAN ADD A LAYER OF SAUSAGE REPEAT TOP WITH REMAINING SAUSAGE BAKE 350 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR OR UNTIL CASSEROLE IS GOLDEN BROWN IF DESIRED ABOUT 5 MIN BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT YOU COULD TOP WITH SOME SHREDDED CHEESE
