8 ounce container french onion dip

each green and red bell pepper(optional)

30 ounce pkg hashbrown cubes thawed

How to Make HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  • 1GREASE A 13X9 PAN SET ASIDE AND PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  • 2COOK SAUSAGE AND DRAIN
  • 3COMBINE CHEESE, CHICKEN SOUP, SOUR CREAM,FRENCH ONION DIP, CHOPPED ONIONS AND CHOPPED PEPPERS AND THAWED HASHBROWNS SALT AND PEPPER
  • 4PLACE A LAYER OF HASHBROWN MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF GREASED PAN ADD A LAYER OF SAUSAGE REPEAT
    TOP WITH REMAINING SAUSAGE
    BAKE 350 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR OR UNTIL CASSEROLE IS GOLDEN BROWN
    IF DESIRED ABOUT 5 MIN BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT YOU COULD TOP WITH SOME SHREDDED CHEESE
