hash
(1 RATING)
My mother would make a beef and a pork roast with potatoes and gravy, and with the left overs she would make this hash the next day. We would try to only eat a small amount so that there would be more hash. We loved it so much I don't know why she never just made this to begin with, but it was only a left over thing.
