My mother would make a beef and a pork roast with potatoes and gravy, and with the left overs she would make this hash the next day. We would try to only eat a small amount so that there would be more hash. We loved it so much I don't know why she never just made this to begin with, but it was only a left over thing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups left over roasted pot roast, cubed
  • 2 cups left over roasted pork roast, cubed
  • 2 or 3 cups left over roasted potatoes , cubed
  • 3 or 4 cups left over gravy , that was made with the pan drippings
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - salt to taste

How To Make hash

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, put meat, potatoes, and gravy and heat through, add peas and cinnamon, salt & pepper, cook about 5 or 10 minutes longer . Enjoy !
