Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground, fully cooked ham
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground lean pork
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- - - salt to taste
- - - pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
How To Make harvest ham rolls with zippy sauce

Step 1HARVEST HAM ROLLS: Mix ham,beef,pork,egg,milk,grahm crackers,salt and pepper. Using 1/3 cup for each, shape into 24 rolls. Place in a pan (13" x 9" x2").

Step 2ZIPPY SAUCE: Combine tomato soup,brown sugar,dry mustard,cider vinegar. Mix well and pour over rolls.

Step 3Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
