Betty got this recipe from Arkansas Western Gas Company. They use to send out recipe cards to their customers. Thats nice to go along with your bill.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground, fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground lean pork
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • - - salt to taste
  • - - pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar

How To Make harvest ham rolls with zippy sauce

  • Step 1
    HARVEST HAM ROLLS: Mix ham,beef,pork,egg,milk,grahm crackers,salt and pepper. Using 1/3 cup for each, shape into 24 rolls. Place in a pan (13" x 9" x2").
  • Step 2
    ZIPPY SAUCE: Combine tomato soup,brown sugar,dry mustard,cider vinegar. Mix well and pour over rolls.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
