My BF Helen made this recipe for her choir and the heavens was very happy with all the love and friendship .So shared this with me and now i'm passing it on. ENJOY IT FOR IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.SO YUMMY ..........................

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of good worcestershire sauce.
  • 1/2 cup heinz ketchup .
  • 1/4 cup firm packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup any kind tomato pasta
  • 1 1/2 medium of white onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons .yellow dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of white cider vinegar
  • 3 1/2 pounds bonelless pork shoulder (.remove the fat and cut into 4" pieces)

  • Step 1
    IN 6 quart crook pot mix all ingredients.EXCEPT THE PORK.HOLD that thought. ONCE the ingredients are mixed well,now ADD THE pork, turning everything over and let cook. COVER and set on LOW for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    REMOVE pork shred with two forks . After all the pork is shred.Returned it back to crock pot and ,add and stir into sauce.
  • Step 3
    TO SERVE ,spoon 1/2 cup onto a sandwich bun,Or flat sandwich bread. Serve with small garden salad,and nice long ice tea with some lemon. BF .HD,Canadain.?
