"The way to a man's heart is through his stomach". Meatloaf is my husband's favorite meal, and after 12 years and 2 kids, I guess I'm doing something right!

    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
each of ground mustard, celery salt, and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    accent seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    fresh minced onion
  • 3 slice
    soft white bread

How to Make Happy Hubby Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Put meats and all other ingredients besides bread in a large bowl and mix together (I use my hands).
  2. Grind up bread in Magic Bullet or food processor. Add to meat mixture and mix well.
  3. Put in a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1.5 hours or until done. If desired, you can spread ketchup or BBQ sauce on top the last 15 minutes of baking. (for another option, you can also add 1/2 cup of grated carrots into meat mixture before baking)
