  • 2 lb
    1 lb smoked ham & 1 lb fresh ham ground together
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple juice (6 fl oz)
  • 2
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground mustard
  • 2 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1
    small onion chopped
  • Dash

  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground mustard
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Hamloaf


  1. Mix all together in bowl and form into 2 loaves (if not baking both, freeze them - allow to thaw completely before baking).
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Place foil over loaf loosely while baking.
  3. GLAZE:
    1. Mix in sauce pan and bring to a boil.
    2. Pour half over top of loaf when you start to bake.
    3. Pour 2nd half over loaf 20 minutes later.
    4. Continue to spoon over loaf while baking every 15 minutes.
  4. This recipe can be varied by making into individual loaves as well.
