Ingredients
- 2 pounds 1 lb smoked ham & 1 lb fresh ham ground together
- 1 can pineapple juice (6 fl oz)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 2 cups cracker crumbs
- 1 - small onion chopped
- Dash - pepper
- GLAZE
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make hamloaf

Step 1Mix all together in bowl and form into 2 loaves (if not baking both, freeze them - allow to thaw completely before baking).

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Place foil over loaf loosely while baking.

Step 3GLAZE: 1. Mix in sauce pan and bring to a boil. 2. Pour half over top of loaf when you start to bake. 3. Pour 2nd half over loaf 20 minutes later. 4. Continue to spoon over loaf while baking every 15 minutes.

Step 4This recipe can be varied by making into individual loaves as well.
