Ingredients

2 lb
1 lb smoked ham & 1 lb fresh ham ground together
1 can(s)
pineapple juice (6 fl oz)
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
ground mustard
2 c
cracker crumbs
1
small onion chopped
Dash
pepper

GLAZE

1 c
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
ground mustard
1/4 c
white vinegar
1/4 c
water

How to Make Hamloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all together in bowl and form into 2 loaves (if not baking both, freeze them - allow to thaw completely before baking).
  • 2Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Place foil over loaf loosely while baking.
  • 3GLAZE:
    1. Mix in sauce pan and bring to a boil.
    2. Pour half over top of loaf when you start to bake.
    3. Pour 2nd half over loaf 20 minutes later.
    4. Continue to spoon over loaf while baking every 15 minutes.
  • 4This recipe can be varied by making into individual loaves as well.
