I served this for Thanksgiving dinner one year, since I'm not big on Turkey. Turned out delicious! The presentation had my family begging to try it!

  • 5 lb
    sliced fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 c
    whole cloves
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 2
    oranges, juiced

  • 1
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple slices

How to Make Ham With Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan and dot with the cloves.

    *I stuffed orange slices and pineapple slices in between the slices of the ham for presentation. Then added the cloves.
  2. In a sauce pan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey and orange juice. Stir and simmer over med-low heat until thickened. (About 10 mins). Pour the glaze over the ham.
  3. Bake the ham uncovered for 1 hr.
