Blue Ribbon Recipe
This super easy casserole is creamy and flavorful. It's simple to throw together with leftover holiday ham and turkey. The filling is like a chicken pot pie and adding savory ham makes this delicious. The baked biscuits on top are great to sop up all the yummy filling. When it first comes out of the oven, this casserole is a little runny. But when it cools a little bit everything thickens up.
Ingredients

1/2 conions; chopped

1/2 ccelery; chopped

1/4 cmargarine or butter

1/4 call-purpose flour

1 1/2 cchicken broth or boullion

1/2 ccream or milk

2 cham; diced

2 cturkey; diced

3 ozcan mushrooms pieces; drained

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tspAccent seasoning

1/4 tspsalt and pepper

1 can(s)mixed vegetables; drained; 14 oz.

1 can(s)biscuits
How to Make Ham & Turkey Bake
- Cook onion and celery in butter; blend in flour.
- Stir in broth and cream; cook to a boil.
- Stir in the meat, canned vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonings.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Top hot mixture with the biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the biscuits are baked.
