Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 cups fully cooked ham, ground
- 1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small jar of sliced pimientos
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make ham stuffed baked potatoes

Step 1Scrub potatoes; bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done. Cut a slice from the top of each potato and scoop out the inside and cube.

Step 2Toss the cubed potato with the ham and next 5 ingredients; spoon mixture back into potato shells.

Step 3Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and heat 1-2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
