Ingredients

  • 10 ounces refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 pound ham, smoked and deli-sliced
  • 3.5 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded

How To Make ham stromboli

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425.
  • Step 2
    Unroll pizza dough on greased jelly-roll pan; pat dough into 12 inch square.
  • Step 3
    Spread mustard over dough within 1/2 inch of edges.
  • Step 4
    Layer ham slices down center, leaving 3 inch border on either side and 1/2 inch border at top and bottom.
  • Step 5
    Top ham with pepperoni.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese.
  • Step 7
    Fold sides of dough over filling, pinching center seam, top and bottom to seal.
  • Step 8
    Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
