    tabasco sauce optional

How to Make Ham Steaks with Apricot-mustard glaze


  1. line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and heat your broiler. Mix the apricot jam, sugar, mustard, and tabasco in a small bowl.
  2. put the steaks on the cookie sheet. spread the mixture evenly on top of each steak. broil 6 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until steak tops are brown and bubbley. cool slightly serve
