- 11/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce optional
- 4 - ham steaks
How To Make ham steaks with apricot-mustard glaze

Step 1line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and heat your broiler. Mix the apricot jam, sugar, mustard, and tabasco in a small bowl.

Step 2put the steaks on the cookie sheet. spread the mixture evenly on top of each steak. broil 6 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until steak tops are brown and bubbley. cool slightly serve
