Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 pound prosciutto ham
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 2 cups frozen peas

How To Make ham pasta entree with vodka sauce

  • Step 1
    Chop up ham; saute in butter. In separate saucepan mix together the sauce, vodka and heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat over medium heat; stir in ham. Add peas. Mix up and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Serve over Penni pasta. Yield: enough for one pound pasta. Enjoy!
