ham & noodle casserole
This is a very mild, creamy tasting dish. If you want more flavor, you could add your spices or more of a flavored cheese, like cheddar. We can't eat anything spicy or on the hot side, so for this I just used colby-jack. It was perfect for us. I aslo think this would be great with a can of peas. I think it's best the day it's made, but I gave my Mom some leftovers and she loved it reheated. Hope you like it!
