My mother made this when I was growing up and I always loved this recipe. It's not dry nor is it to salty. Hope you all like it also. :)

Ingredients

2 lb
ground ham
2 lb
ground pork
3
eggs
1 c
milk
1/4 lb
graham crackers
1/2 tsp
salt

SAUCE

1/2 c
white vinegar
1/3 c
water
1/2 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Ham Loaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix milk and crackers first, then add other ingredients and mix together well.
    Then shape into one large loaf or 10 to 12 individual loaves.
  • 2Mix ingredients for the sauce together and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for single loaf, or 11/4 hours for individual loaves. BASTE OFTEN.
  • 3This is an easy recipe and good. Makes good sandwiches also the next day. Enjoy!
