My mother made this when I was growing up and I always loved this recipe. It's not dry nor is it to salty. Hope you all like it also. :)

  • 2 lb
    ground ham
  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 3
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 lb
    graham crackers
  • 1/2 tsp

  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard

How to Make Ham Loaf


  1. Mix milk and crackers first, then add other ingredients and mix together well.
    Then shape into one large loaf or 10 to 12 individual loaves.
  2. Mix ingredients for the sauce together and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for single loaf, or 11/4 hours for individual loaves. BASTE OFTEN.
  3. This is an easy recipe and good. Makes good sandwiches also the next day. Enjoy!
