My mother made this when I was growing up and I always loved this recipe. It's not dry nor is it to salty. Hope you all like it also. :)

2 lbground ham

2 lbground pork

3eggs

1 cmilk
-
1/4 lbgraham crackers

1/2 tspsalt

SAUCE
-
1/2 cwhite vinegar
-
1/3 cwater
-
1/2 cbrown sugar

1 tspdry mustard
How to Make Ham Loaf
- Mix milk and crackers first, then add other ingredients and mix together well.
Then shape into one large loaf or 10 to 12 individual loaves. - Mix ingredients for the sauce together and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for single loaf, or 11/4 hours for individual loaves. BASTE OFTEN.
- This is an easy recipe and good. Makes good sandwiches also the next day. Enjoy!
