My mother made this when I was growing up and I always loved this recipe. It's not dry nor is it to salty. Hope you all like it also. :)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground ham
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 pound graham crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

How To Make ham loaf

  • Step 1
    Mix milk and crackers first, then add other ingredients and mix together well. Then shape into one large loaf or 10 to 12 individual loaves.
  • Step 2
    Mix ingredients for the sauce together and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for single loaf, or 11/4 hours for individual loaves. BASTE OFTEN.
  • Step 3
    This is an easy recipe and good. Makes good sandwiches also the next day. Enjoy!
