Ingredients

  • 11/2 pounds ground ham
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 - 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup watere
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 11/2 teaspoons dry mustard

How To Make ham loaf

  • Step 1
    Mix the first 6 ingredients well in large bowel.
  • Step 2
    Put into a loaf pan. Set aside while making Syrup topping
  • Step 3
    Mix together brown sugar, water, vinegar,and dry mustard and cook sto a thin syrup.
  • Step 4
    Pour over Ham load and Bake for 11/2 hours at 350 degrees. During baking ,baste with the syrup to keep it from drying out.
