  • 11/2 lb
    ground ham
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2
    2 eggs
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 11/2 tsp
    dry mustard

How to Make Ham Loaf


  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients well in large bowel.
  2. Put into a loaf pan. Set aside while making Syrup topping
  3. Mix together brown sugar, water, vinegar,and dry mustard and cook sto a thin syrup.
  4. Pour over Ham load and Bake for 11/2 hours at 350 degrees. During baking ,baste with the syrup to keep it from drying out.
