Ingredients
- HAM LOAF
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground smoked ham
- 1 1/2 cups oats, quick cooking
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- PINEAPPLE GLAZE
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make ham loaf

Step 1Ham Loaf Mix first 6 ingredients together, lightly press into a baking dish(loaf or square) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hr or until the center temperature reaches 170 degrees. Serve with pineapple glaze.

Step 2Pineapple Glaze Put pineapple and juice in a sauce pan over med heat and add brown sugar to taste. I like mine sweet and use about 2 tbsp. Add cornstarch to water and mix thourghly. With pineapple simmering stir in cornstarch water. Stir until thickened. Serve with Ham loaf.
