Ingredients
- 1 pound ground cured ham
- 1 pound ground fresh pork
- 1 cup fine cracker crums
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
How To Make ham loaf

Step 1Combine crumbs, meat, pepper, eggs and milk. Form into a loaf and place in baking dish. Mix sugar,mustard and vinegar and pour over meat. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
