  • 1 can(s)
    refrigerator crescent rolls ( 8 count)
  • 2 - 3 oz
    cooked ham, chopped small
  • 1 small
    (3 ounce) chicken breast, cooked and chopped fine
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, sliced, plus the green part
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Ham, Chicken and Cream Cheese Croissants


  1. Preheat oven to 350

    Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients; mix well..refrigerate hour 1 to mingle the flavors.
  3. Unroll crescents, place a good heaping tablespoonful of filling at the largest end of crescents. Roll up from the largest to the smallest end.

    Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
  4. These were so good, the green onion flavors these wonderfully.

    I served them with homemade french fries..Enjoy

    Note: you can make these with just ham or chicken, would be great with leftover turkey also...
