ham, chicken and cream cheese croissants

I made these the other night, and were delicious, and so easy!..my kiddo's gobbled them right up.

yield makes 8 crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls ( 8 count)
  • 2 - 3 ounces cooked ham, chopped small
  • 1 small (3 ounce) chicken breast, cooked and chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced, plus the green part
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ham, chicken and cream cheese croissants

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients; mix well..refrigerate hour 1 to mingle the flavors.
  • Step 3
    Unroll crescents, place a good heaping tablespoonful of filling at the largest end of crescents. Roll up from the largest to the smallest end. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
  • Step 4
    These were so good, the green onion flavors these wonderfully. I served them with homemade french fries..Enjoy Note: you can make these with just ham or chicken, would be great with leftover turkey also...
