Ingredients
- 2 cups ham, cubed
- 7-8 ounces egg noodles, cooked to package directions
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup canned milk, milk or water
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup frozen peas (if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
How To Make ham cassarole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Place cooked noodles in a baking dish.

Step 3In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, celery salt, onion salt, and pepper stirring until smooth.

Step 4In a medium saucepan, mix the soup and liquid of your choice, over medium heat until smooth. Stir in the the sour cream and cook until heated through. Toss in the peas if desired.

Step 5Add the diced ham and pour over the noodles, stir to combine. Top with the bread crumbs and cover lightly with foil.

Step 6Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
