ham balls
It sounds odd, but it is soooo good! It is a dish a friend of mine turned me on to. She is originally from Pennsylvania and told me it is a penn-dutch recipe. It freezes just beautifully too, just make the sauce up before you bake it. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- HAM BALLS
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 pound ground ham
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- SAUCE
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
How To Make ham balls

Step 1Combine ham ball mixture and form into balls about the size of a cupcake.Place in a casserole dish.

Step 2Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook over med-low heat until it boils and the sugar has dissolved.

Step 3Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
