I like to cook for my neighbors and about once a week I'll have a few over for supper. Their commute to the big city makes them very tired by the time they get home. When I see them going to the mailbox I yell an invite for dinner from my porch, they usually smile real big and tell me they'll be over in 5 minutes. In the 5 years I've been doing this I've never been turned down once. This casserole is one of their favorites that I prepare. Add some garlic bread and a good salad and it makes a great meal.
1Boil linguine until al dente. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, mayo, butter, and spices. Stir. Add ham, onion, and swiss cheese. Stir to blend. Drain linguine and pour in mixture. Stir to blend and all linguine is covered well.
2Pour all in a greased 9x13 dish. Bake covered in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
3NOTE: THis is an easy recipe to double. I'd switch up to a lasagne pan, though.
