I cooked a huge Ham for Christmas, cut it up in small chunks and froze it in 2 cups amounts in freezer bags. I just pull out a bag when I want a casserole with Ham or for any reason. This one is really good. I have made this in the past and my family has always enjoyed it. I will be making it again in a few weeks. At that time, I will add my picture.
