How to Make Ham and Hashbrown Casserole
1add first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until thick. Add remaining 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
2Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add sour cream.
3Combine with potatoes and ham and put in pan sprayed with butter spray.
4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
