dry mustard
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
1 3/4 c
evaporated milk
4 oz
velveeta cheese
8 oz
sour cream
1 2/3 c
diced ham
28 oz
package hash brown

How to Make Ham and Hashbrown Casserole


  • 1add first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until thick. Add remaining 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  • 2Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add sour cream.
  • 3Combine with potatoes and ham and put in pan sprayed with butter spray.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
