Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 2/3 cups diced ham
- 28 ounces package hash brown
How To Make ham and hashbrown casserole

Step 1add first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until thick. Add remaining 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

Step 2Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add sour cream.

Step 3Combine with potatoes and ham and put in pan sprayed with butter spray.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
