- 1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 - frozen 9-inch pie shell
How To Make ham and cheese pie

Step 1preheat oven to 425f..in a medium skillet saute onion. Beginning with cheese, alternate layers of cheese and ham in pie shell. Beat the two eggs with the sour cream, add onion, and pour over pie. bake for 30 minutes. cool in oven 15 minutes before cutting. ummmmmm
